Feeling Your Future Script Generator
This is first tool I created and posted. It's available in video as well as audio, and covers a process somewhat more involved than the 4 above, requiring some note taking and follow up work to get the full effect. Its purpose is to generate a script you can use to make it easier to feel the emotions of already having what you want.

This is the way to go if you have a dial-up internaet connection or want to load this on your MP3 player. It's also the quickest way to get the exercise if you are ok with audio only. The video is me talking during the instructions and blank during the actual exercise, so you won't be missing any graphics that illustrate the content.
